Requirements
- University degree in actuarial science, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience developing testing strategies for large-scale projects.
- Experience in software testing with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Quality assurance certification (asset).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (asset).
- Experience working with offshore teams (asset).
- Availability to travel within Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Define overall testing strategy for full system integration.
- Ensure validation of software components and system integrations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams on test plans and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding QA strategy.
- Lead client meetings to review test matrices and coverage.
- Develop best practice guidelines for test strategy and coverage.
- Define and implement optimal processes and tools for testing.
- Oversee automation initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
- Coordinate performance testing activities.
- Develop and track QA performance metrics.
