Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
- 1+ years in testing ecommerce applications or CRM experience.
- Working experience using JIRA.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with email rendering testing.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple environments (Staging, UAT, and Production).
- Conduct end-to-end CRM and email campaign testing.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing across Android, iOS, and Web.
- Validate multi-language email translations.
- Verify data integrity between CRM platforms and campaign tools.
- Create and maintain test cases and test plans.
- Participate in bug triaging and defect tracking.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
