- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support for high-value clients, including direct communication, strategic oversight of ranking plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced SEO strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of product revenue by identifying and executing upselling opportunities.
- Conduct pre-launch audits for new VIP clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Analyze and create organic ranking goals, implementing tailored strategies to enhance visibility.
- Act as a senior-level resource, providing mentorship to junior team members.
