- Strong background in performance marketing, with the ability to discuss paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative strategy confidently.
- Hands-on knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads.
- Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling environments.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hunter approach to business development.
- High level of curiosity and passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar sales platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and adaptable environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales conversations with prospective clients to identify performance gaps and develop tailored digital marketing growth strategies.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle across inbound and outbound leads, from discovery through close.
- Evaluate client accounts to uncover opportunities across paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative strategy.
- Build and present data-driven marketing solutions aligned with client business and acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to strengthen proposals and improve close rates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline discipline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Educate prospects on performance marketing best practices and positioning agency services as growth solutions.
- Develop strong client relationships through consultative, insight-driven engagement.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape shifts.
- Continuously refine sales approaches based on performance data and market feedback.
