Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Strong background leading platform teams in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Technical depth in developer platforms and cloud-native systems.
- Experience in infrastructure, software delivery, and engineering productivity.
- Demonstrated experience driving organization-wide transformation initiatives.
- Experience building or scaling developer ecosystems or self-service capabilities.
- Understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, and reliability engineering.
- Experience with AI, ML platforms, developer copilots, or agentic systems.
- Hands-on technical capability with a willingness to prototype and review architecture.
Responsibilities
- Influence thousands of developers and define future developer experiences.
- Define and implement strategy for Developer Platform & Experiences.
- Reimagine software creation and delivery for an AI-first and Agentic future.
- Build and scale highly available, secure, and extensible platforms.
- Partner with ELT, Architecture, Security, and Product teams to influence enterprise strategy.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows and autonomous systems.
- Develop strong engineering culture through technical excellence and coaching.
- Create measurable outcomes around developer productivity and platform adoption.
- Engage in hands-on coding, prototyping, and technical experimentation.
