Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations
- Technical depth in developer platforms and cloud-native systems
- Experience driving organization-wide transformation and modernization
- Experience building developer ecosystems or self-service capabilities
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and reliability engineering
- Experience with AI, ML, or Agentic systems preferred
- Hands-on technical capability with architecture and coding
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy for Developer Platform & Experiences
- Reimagine software creation and delivery for an AI-first and Agentic future
- Build and scale highly available, secure, and extensible platforms
- Partner with ELT, Architecture, Security, and Product teams
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows and autonomous systems
- Develop strong engineering culture through coaching and inclusive leadership
- Perform hands-on coding, prototyping, and technical experimentation
