Requirements
- Professional experience applying AI in production use cases
- Expertise in backend development using .NET or Python
- Frontend capabilities in React or Angular
- Strong command of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI workflows and pipelines including RAG and agentic systems
- Develop production-ready AI applications using Azure
- Define project structure, module boundaries, and coding standards
- Lead technical decisions and architecture for project teams
- Manage client-facing technical discussions and requirements gathering
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Contribute to presales engagements
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
