Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working directly with customers.
- At least 1 year of experience with data mapping, specifications, or developer-facing deliverables.
- At least 1 year of experience analyzing data using SQL tools.
- At least 1 year of professional SQL experience.
- Outstanding planning and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel 15% annually.
- Experience with ETL tools or dbVisualizer (preferred).
- Project management experience and desire to lead projects.
Responsibilities
- Migrate client data to TaxSys software as part of a project team.
- Reverse-engineer legacy tax data and write technical specifications for developer implementation.
- Perform QA on converted data and refine specifications.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in legacy customer data.
- Communicate status updates and documentation to management and customers.
- Guide clients through data verification and system training.
- Help clients make decisions regarding data migration and mapping.
- Participate in project leadership and documentation.
