Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Proven experience selling stablecoin, treasury, or cross-border payment solutions.
- Experience selling banking, payments, FX, or fintech products.
- Understanding of digital asset infrastructure or related financial services.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Established business networks or ability to build relationships in the U.S. and China.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional English proficiency (C1+).
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of stablecoin, treasury, and cross-border payment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across U.S., Chinese, and international organizations.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Educate prospective clients on stablecoin use cases and digital asset infrastructure.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
