Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience selling stablecoin, treasury, or cross-border payment solutions.
  • Experience selling banking, payments, FX, or fintech products.
  • Understanding of digital asset infrastructure or related financial services.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Established business networks or ability to build relationships in the U.S. and China.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional English proficiency (C1+).
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of stablecoin, treasury, and cross-border payment solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across U.S., Chinese, and international organizations.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Educate prospective clients on stablecoin use cases and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
