Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the electronic security or similar industry
- Demonstrated sales experience in the Mexican market
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proven track record in the entire sales process
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in Mexico
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and risks
- Analyze market data to execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects
