Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the electronic security or similar industry
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the Mexican market
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm)
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Proven track record in the entire sales process
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in Mexico
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and risks
  • Analyze market data to execute sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
