Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care or related chemical/materials industries
- Proven success in strategic account management and revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing global or multinational customer accounts
- Ability to work with forecasting tools, CRM systems, and commercial analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Native Portuguese and professional English proficiency required
- MBA or advanced certifications considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic global and regional accounts within Beauty & Personal Care
- Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling and opportunity identification
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
- Translate customer needs into actionable commercial and technical solutions
- Support strategic planning, business reviews, and segment-level initiatives
- Represent the sales function in key internal and external stakeholder engagements
