Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care or related chemical/materials industries
  • Proven success in strategic account management and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, commercial strategy, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing global or multinational customer accounts
  • Ability to work with forecasting tools, CRM systems, and commercial analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Native Portuguese and professional English proficiency required
  • MBA or advanced certifications considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic global and regional accounts within Beauty & Personal Care
  • Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling and opportunity identification
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
  • Translate customer needs into actionable commercial and technical solutions
  • Support strategic planning, business reviews, and segment-level initiatives
  • Represent the sales function in key internal and external stakeholder engagements
