Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics.
- Extensive experience with data processing tools such as Alteryx, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Industry experience in SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, or Professional Services.
- Knowledge of advanced analytical methods including statistical pricing, CLV, retention, and geospatial analyses.
- Experience with business integrations, divestitures, carve-outs, and transaction quality of earnings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly adopt AI tools.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee data transformation and analytics projects including performance analytics, transaction support, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build innovative solutions for transformational events like M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and exit preparedness.
- Ensure data reconciliation and build supportable, auditable performance metrics using financial due diligence skills.
- Provide strategic counsel to private equity and corporate leaders.
- Perform complex data extraction, transformation, modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Lead high-performing teams and manage client relationships.
- Drive business development through networking and proposal support.
- Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions and thought leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and participate in talent acquisition.
