Strong capability in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, or workflow optimization.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and learning new tools quickly.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Naturally curious, proactive, and focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Build scalable reporting systems, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that function as evolving products rather than static deliverables.
Develop automations, workflows, and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting effort.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data using tools such as SQL and BI platforms, translating results into actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and deliver clear analytical solutions.
Apply AI tools to accelerate research, reporting, visualization, and insight generation.
Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics systems, tools, and processes.
Communicate findings in a clear, structured way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take ownership of projects from data exploration through to delivery and presentation.
