Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in applied public health at the local, state, or federal level.
- At least 2 years in project management, consulting, evaluation, epidemiology, or accreditation-related role.
- Strong analytical abilities with quantitative and/or qualitative analysis experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled facilitator for QI sessions, workgroups, and community outreach.
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, or GIS.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, epidemiologic methods, QI tools, and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&E activities including logic model development, indicator design, data collection, and analysis.
- Conduct epidemiologic analyses, surveillance reviews, and community health assessments.
- Design and implement QI frameworks and facilitate QI projects.
- Support public health accreditation readiness including documentation review and performance management systems.
- Lead and manage public health projects ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain systems for project tracking, data management, and reporting.
- Prepare high-quality written deliverables including reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and scope development.
