Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in clinical, public health, healthcare administration, or community health.
  • 3 years of experience in HEDIS and/or Quality Improvement with data analysis.
  • NCQA PCMH Content Expert Certification (CCE).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with provider quality programs as a consultant on performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute provider pay-for-quality programs.
  • Conduct frequent face-to-face or virtual provider office visits.
  • Function as a subject-matter consultant on quality measures, reporting, and data.
  • Drive recommendations for action to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Provide education to stakeholders on best practices and quality support tools.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of the PCMH Model of Care and NCQA Recognition Program.
