Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in clinical, public health, healthcare administration, or community health.
- 3 years of experience in HEDIS and/or Quality Improvement with data analysis.
- NCQA PCMH Content Expert Certification (CCE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Interface with provider quality programs as a consultant on performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute provider pay-for-quality programs.
- Conduct frequent face-to-face or virtual provider office visits.
- Function as a subject-matter consultant on quality measures, reporting, and data.
- Drive recommendations for action to achieve quality and productivity goals.
- Provide education to stakeholders on best practices and quality support tools.
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of the PCMH Model of Care and NCQA Recognition Program.
