Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS technology to enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in the P&C insurance space in a closing role.
  • Strong familiarity with the auto claims industry (processes, regulations, stakeholders).
  • Proven history as a hunter consistently meeting or beating quota.
  • Comfortable selling across multiple organizational levels (business champion to C-suite).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to run long-term account plans.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and drive complex enterprise sales cycles from first contact to closure.
  • Cultivate a network of executive-level contacts for business growth.
  • Manage and grow relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Deliver customized sales presentations to prospect executives.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry forums.
  • Utilize CRM for full life cycle management.
  • Collaborate with product management to refine product direction.
  • Communicate strategic priorities to leadership.
