Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries.
- 6+ years experience in change management, process improvement, and implementation.
- 6+ years of experience solving health plan operational problems.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Strong understanding of operational readiness, regulatory considerations, and product lifecycles.
- Experience managing external partners and vendors.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and execute in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic insurance growth initiatives from concept through go-live.
- Manage large, cross-functional work groups to optimize program processes.
- Drive adherence to enterprise timelines, filings, and regulatory milestones.
- Identify, track, and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and critical path items.
- Facilitate working sessions, readiness reviews, and launch checkpoint meetings.
- Develop executive reporting materials for senior leadership.
- Enforce standardized implementation processes and contribute to playbooks.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for program execution.
