Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries.
  • 6+ years experience in change management, process improvement, and implementation.
  • 6+ years of experience solving health plan operational problems.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional implementations.
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness, regulatory considerations, and product lifecycles.
  • Experience managing external partners and vendors.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and execute in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic insurance growth initiatives from concept through go-live.
  • Manage large, cross-functional work groups to optimize program processes.
  • Drive adherence to enterprise timelines, filings, and regulatory milestones.
  • Identify, track, and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and critical path items.
  • Facilitate working sessions, readiness reviews, and launch checkpoint meetings.
  • Develop executive reporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Enforce standardized implementation processes and contribute to playbooks.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors for program execution.
