Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role
- Management consulting background strongly preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, specifically working with health plans
- Strong problem-solving and project management experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial and adaptive mindset
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Experience owning or managing client relationships
- Experience selling into health plans
- Experience working at a technology-enabled services high growth company
Responsibilities
- Own and accelerate Pomelo’s health plan partnership pipeline
- Drive deal strategy with data-driven insights
- Conduct strategic research on health plan priorities and state policy changes
- Source, track, and nurture a robust pipeline of health plan opportunities
- Architect and develop high-stakes presentation materials
- Advocate for prospect needs internally and lead cross-functional projects
- Lead the development of pricing models
- Collaborate with legal and compliance for contracting
