Requirements
- Native-level Odia with strong professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
- Background in roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store Management, Pharmacist, Retail Security, or Customer Experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows and retail operations.
- Deep familiarity with Indian retail environments, compliance procedures, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Odia or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
