- Proven experience designing and shipping complex web applications or B2B portals
- Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Experienced in running end-to-end design research
- Ability to present findings and design outcomes to organizational leadership
- Experience contributing to or owning a shared design system
- Experience in the fintech industry or working with financial products
Responsibilities
- Lead the design efforts of the merchant portal
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and leadership to research, ideate, design, test, and deliver solutions
- Track the success of designs through data and feedback
- Contribute to and evolve the Koalafi Design System in Figma
- Work with tools like Slack, Confluence, and Jira
