Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product design experience.
- In‑house product design experience in complex products like B2B SaaS, internal tools, or creator tools.
- Experience working in product organizations with cross-functional partners.
- Portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership of complex work and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with modern product design tools and shared design systems.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code or Figma Make.
- Experience planning and running lightweight user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design and outcomes for key parts of the Bubble editor and core platform.
- Lead design for complex projects within the Core product area, defining goals and metrics.
- Turn ambiguous problem spaces into focused problem statements, options, and recommendations.
- Partner with PM and engineering as a thought partner to shape scope and trade‑offs.
- Proactively identify and resolve UX issues through data, research, and community input.
- Produce implementation‑ready design specs and maintain quality through launch.
- Share design context and rationale to ensure coherence across the editor.
- Contribute to team rituals for critique, discovery, and improvement.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to other designers to help them grow.
