Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise or complex CRM environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to document, simplify, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications for Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing business processes and Salesforce platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Design and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions, including configuration of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers across the SDLC to ensure successful delivery of business-aligned solutions.
  • Support creation of user stories, process flows, and detailed documentation to guide development and implementation activities.
  • Lead and support testing activities, including test plan creation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and alignment with requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective communication across teams.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, staying up to date with new releases and advising on their business impact and value.
