Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant field
- Experience working in the health insurance industry
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
- Proficiency in business analysis concepts and requirements gathering
- Experience in process documentation and user acceptance testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Technical writing skills (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions with clients and technical resources
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
- Create test case scenarios and oversee business application testing
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work of other business analysts
- Provide time estimates for project-related tasks
- Support QA, UAT, and Release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance
