Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account planning by developing long-term roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Act as a senior client partner, managing executive-level relationships and stakeholder decisions.
- Drive commercial performance by overseeing pipeline, pricing, contracts, and revenue growth.
- Lead transformation programs across people, process, and technology.
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and delivery functions.
- Monitor performance through KPIs such as revenue, margin, and client satisfaction.
