Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior client partner, managing executive-level relationships and stakeholder decisions.
  • Drive commercial performance by overseeing pipeline, pricing, contracts, and revenue growth.
  • Lead transformation programs across people, process, and technology.
  • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and delivery functions.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs such as revenue, margin, and client satisfaction.
