Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, or revenue operations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including lead scoring and integration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize business processes.
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics, automation, or reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce.
  • Administer HubSpot as a core marketing automation platform.
  • Manage and optimize the bi-directional integration between Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Support integrations between CRM systems, ERP platforms, and other third-party tools.
  • Own the end-to-end lead management process, from lead capture through qualification.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize lead scoring models and MQL qualification frameworks.
  • Monitor funnel performance and provide insights on lead conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM tools.
