Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, or revenue operations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including lead scoring and integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize business processes.
- Experience with AI-powered analytics, automation, or reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce.
- Administer HubSpot as a core marketing automation platform.
- Manage and optimize the bi-directional integration between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Support integrations between CRM systems, ERP platforms, and other third-party tools.
- Own the end-to-end lead management process, from lead capture through qualification.
- Design, maintain, and optimize lead scoring models and MQL qualification frameworks.
- Monitor funnel performance and provide insights on lead conversion and pipeline velocity.
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM tools.
