Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry or mechanical/field service environments.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, UV, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis technologies.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, service coordination, or project management is highly valued.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and service management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, call-center-style support environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call support and occasional travel (up to 20%).
  • Strong alignment with values such as integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for commercial and industrial water treatment systems, including UV, ion exchange, filtration, and reverse osmosis technologies.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to troubleshooting, part replacement, system programming, installation, and on-site equipment startup.
  • Support logistics and service operations, including shipment tracking, freight inquiries, and resolution of lost or delayed deliveries.
  • Manage warranty-related cases and ensure timely resolution in alignment with service standards and company policies.
  • Use CRM tools (including Salesforce) to document, track, and manage service requests and technical cases.
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors and internal teams to provide accurate technical guidance and support.
  • Interpret technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, schematics, and CAD drawings to support diagnostics and solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support as needed.
