Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in SaaS support, customer success, or similar.
- Proven experience working tickets and interacting with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with public-facing tasks like video calls and training.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and aptitude for AI tooling and automation.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own a queue of customer tickets and provide clear, warm responses.
- Manage and optimize the AI-first support stack.
- Develop expertise in Builder CMS and product suite.
- Identify customer issues and surface patterns to engineering and product teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base and internal documentation.
- Transition into a portfolio management role as a Customer Success Manager.
- Conduct onboarding calls, check-ins, and renewals.
- Collaborate with sales on growth and renewal opportunities.
