Job Details

Associate degree in Science, IT, Medical Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory or LIS environment
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, diagnostic instrumentation, and clinical laboratory operations
Experience with LIS systems, laboratory informatics platforms, or healthcare IT integrations
Ability to troubleshoot and configure system connectivity across instruments, networks, and data platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing schedules, travel, and customer engagements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with laboratory and IT professionals
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to travel extensively (up to 85%)

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation and integration of laboratory informatics solutions
Design, configure, and support connectivity between laboratory instruments, automation systems, LIS platforms, and network infrastructure
Develop and apply custom logic or configuration adjustments to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow optimization
Lead end-to-end implementation activities, acting as project lead for laboratory informatics deployment initiatives
Install and integrate third-party hardware, including servers and workstations, to support informatics software environments
Identify system gaps and propose design improvements to enhance integration performance and laboratory efficiency
Provide ongoing technical consulting and support to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained system performance
Collaborate with laboratory and IT stakeholders to tailor solutions to specific workflow and operational needs
