Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in an IT help desk or internal technical support role
  • Strong proficiency supporting both Windows 11 and macOS environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Intune, and enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and cloud-based support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and business applications
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning
  • Manage IT ticketing queues to ensure SLA compliance
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and software licensing records
  • Collaborate on system upgrades and technology improvements
