Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in an IT help desk or internal technical support role
- Strong proficiency supporting both Windows 11 and macOS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Intune, and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and cloud-based support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and business applications
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning
- Manage IT ticketing queues to ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and software licensing records
- Collaborate on system upgrades and technology improvements
