Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in animal health sales, pharmaceutical sales, biotechnology, or related commercial environments.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or complex B2B sales with enterprise clients.
- University degree in science, business, or a related field; advanced degree is considered an asset.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with veterinary clinics, distribution channels, or practice management systems is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the veterinary diagnostics and animal health ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end account planning cycle, including multi-year strategic roadmaps, financial targets, and performance milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer needs, solution delivery, and service excellence.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas, profitability targets, and strategic objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for account expansion.
- Manage proposal development processes, contract negotiations, and participation in industry events to strengthen market presence.
