Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Proven success selling to SMB owners and managing self-generated pipeline
  • Experience using parallel dialers or high-volume outbound sales tools
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent quota attainment in outbound roles
  • Ability to quickly engage SMB decision-makers and communicate value within seconds
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to close efficiently
  • Strong CRM discipline and ability to adapt quickly to new sales tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a self-sourced outbound pipeline with no inbound lead support
  • Prospect and engage SMB owners using parallel dialers, email outreach, and targeted campaigns
  • Run the full sales cycle including qualification, discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing
  • Maintain high daily activity metrics including calls, conversations, and pipeline generation
  • Ensure accurate CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene at all times
  • Continuously refine messaging and pitch strategy in collaboration with marketing and product teams
