Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Deep exposure to downstream oil & gas, energy services, or industrial operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of downstream operations, refining, petrochemicals, LNG, and turnaround cycles.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across downstream energy segments.
  • Own and expand relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage portions of the full sales cycle including prospecting and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to downstream go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM discipline.
  • Support internal enablement efforts and mentor team members.
