Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
- Deep exposure to downstream oil & gas, energy services, or industrial operations.
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of downstream operations, refining, petrochemicals, LNG, and turnaround cycles.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Excellent consultative selling skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across downstream energy segments.
- Own and expand relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Manage portions of the full sales cycle including prospecting and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams.
- Contribute to downstream go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM discipline.
- Support internal enablement efforts and mentor team members.
