Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
  • Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements.
  • Experience in cloud transformation or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Proven ability to hunt and develop new enterprise accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills for developing account and territory plans.
  • Ability to build trust with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.
  • Atlassian tools experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities in strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects.
  • Lead complex sales scenarios, collaborating with client C-suite and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to drive co-selling initiatives.
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Maintain product knowledge, especially Atlassian solutions, and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
