Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
- Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements.
- Experience in cloud transformation or enterprise solution delivery.
- Proven ability to hunt and develop new enterprise accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking skills for developing account and territory plans.
- Ability to build trust with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.
- Atlassian tools experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities in strategic enterprise accounts.
- Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects.
- Lead complex sales scenarios, collaborating with client C-suite and internal teams.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to drive co-selling initiatives.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Maintain product knowledge, especially Atlassian solutions, and obtain necessary certifications.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
