Requirements
- Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and ad accounts
- Previous experience in customer onboarding or customer support
- Excellent spoken and written English (very good accent required)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working with offshore teams
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Handle new customer onboarding by following established SOPs
- Provide GoHighLevel technical support
- Integrate Zoom accounts
- Assist with phone verification issues
- Support Facebook Ads–related inquiries
- Set up and manage Facebook Business Manager and ad accounts
- Answer basic ad system questions
- Communicate with clients and internal teams via Discord
