Requirements

  • Experience designing and executing training programs that improved measurable sales performance.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Experience with sales tech stacks, including CRM and enablement platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset for assessing training effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with a passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

  • Create scalable and tailored sales training programs for onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing development.
  • Design role-specific learning paths using live sessions, e-learning, and simulations.
  • Deliver training sessions focused on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Measure training engagement, knowledge retention, and skill adoption using defined KPIs.
  • Partner with sales managers and enablement teams to identify learning priorities.
  • Maintain sales content including playbooks and talk tracks.
  • Foster a learning culture through coaching and peer-to-peer initiatives.
