Requirements

- Experience designing and executing training programs that improved measurable sales performance.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Experience with sales tech stacks, including CRM and enablement platforms.
- Data-driven mindset for assessing training effectiveness.
- Self-starter with a passion for developing people.
Responsibilities
- Create scalable and tailored sales training programs for onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing development.
- Design role-specific learning paths using live sessions, e-learning, and simulations.
- Deliver training sessions focused on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Measure training engagement, knowledge retention, and skill adoption using defined KPIs.
- Partner with sales managers and enablement teams to identify learning priorities.
- Maintain sales content including playbooks and talk tracks.
- Foster a learning culture through coaching and peer-to-peer initiatives.
