Requirements
- 3+ years of prospecting work experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong desire to build a client-facing career in sales, marketing, or CS.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to inform, instruct, and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage outbound cadences and sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads from CRM, content downloads, event attendees, and cold prospecting matching the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Conduct lead outreach via cold calling and other channels to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Qualify leads to determine fit and readiness before coordinating the handoff.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine BDR messaging and prospecting strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and utilize sales tools to optimize workflow.
- Track and optimize key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
- Assist with content creation and organizing events.
