Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years work experience, preference for 1+ year in sales or marketing.
  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
  • Highly motivated with a healthy competitive spirit.
  • Resilience with the ability to accept failure and move forward.
  • Advanced level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all incoming leads to strengthen our sales pipeline.
  • Initiate focused outreach to potential new accounts (New Logos) in specific target areas.
  • Organize and manage appointments for our Sales Team, ensuring they are with qualified prospects.
  • Aim to meet and exceed targets for delivering qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Cultivate external interest and motivate potential customers to progress through our sales pipeline.
  • Actively engage with prospective customers, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to our mission.
  • Support our global Sales Team and seek their guidance and best practices.
  • Collaborate across various departments within our global remote team to achieve common goals.
