Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an implementation or project management role at a SaaS company.
- Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Technical proficiency in parsing GTFS feeds, validating AVL data, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Comfortable using AI tools to develop scalable workflows.
- Resourceful problem-solver with ability to iterate quickly.
- Experience operating with autonomy in a startup environment.
- Passion for mobility, sustainability, or mission-oriented work.
- Professional project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers.
- Develop detailed implementation plans including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Provide technical guidance on data migration, system integrations, and platform configuration.
- Validate data quality by working with GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds.
- Conduct live training sessions to help customers achieve strategic goals.
- Drive platform adoption and customer value realization.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough testing and data validation to ensure solution reliability.
- Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools to automate repeatable tasks.
