Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer training, learning & development, or customer success.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Experience with change management frameworks in a SaaS customer context.
  • Proficiency in content writing for knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting in-person and virtual training for technical software.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools for content creation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand data sources like GTFS feeds and AVL systems.
  • Willingness to travel 8-14 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine a dynamic training curriculum tailored to customer needs.
  • Design and execute structured change management programs to reorient agency workflows.
  • Lead remote and on-site training for transit agencies during implementation and post-implementation.
  • Develop internal enablement training for Implementation, Success, and Account Managers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for new products and features.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, training videos, and SOPs.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and maintenance.
  • Design and facilitate live webinars and workshops to drive 1:many adoption.
