Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English speaking and strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels.
- Proven working experience as project manager.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Social Media Strategist experience.
- Hands on online sales (Preferred SaaS).
Responsibilities
- Managing our active accounts and ensuring they get the best out of Exceptionly.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients.
- Identifying potential new clients and running outreach campaigns with an experimental mindset.
- Running regular check-in calls with our past and active clients.
- Monitoring and reporting weekly sales performance.
- Handling budgets and client invoices.
