Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English speaking and strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Proven working experience as project manager.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Social Media Strategist experience.
  • Hands on online sales (Preferred SaaS).

Responsibilities

  • Managing our active accounts and ensuring they get the best out of Exceptionly.
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients.
  • Identifying potential new clients and running outreach campaigns with an experimental mindset.
  • Running regular check-in calls with our past and active clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting weekly sales performance.
  • Handling budgets and client invoices.
