Requirements
- At least one year of experience in quality control and assurance of Video Games
- Experience in Coordinating QA operations with the Production Team and other Departments
- Good knowledge of Jira
- Experience in a remote working culture
- Experienced in at least one bug-tracking software
- Ability to create detailed and efficient documentation
- Fluent in English and a good communicator
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and adjust to last-minute changes
- Fully functional Windows PC/laptop
- Stable Internet connection with minimum 50Mbps
- Android and iOS devices dedicated to QA testing
Responsibilities
- Perform manual functional testing across the company’s PC, web, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
- Report in real-time regarding QA operations, game defects, and quality concerns
- Create and send test reports upon completion of test activities
- Follow up on issues to ensure fixes are delivered
- Develop test plans with a strategic selection of test methodologies
- Proactively communicate concerns and risks to Product Teams
- Create and maintain written documentation of knowledge and processes
- Assist in backlog and defect grooming with Producers and Cross Department Leads
- Own features and ensure they are tested thoroughly
