Requirements
- Deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid infrastructure, identity, security, and networking.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Kubernetes) and backup solutions (Veeam).
- Understanding of Australian security frameworks (Essential Eight, ISM, PSPF, ACSC).
- Proven ability to develop HLDs, LLDs, roadmaps, and decision records.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF and Microsoft Well-Architected Framework.
- Background in solution architecture or technical consulting within MSP environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer business objectives into end-to-end solution designs.
- Develop architecture artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, and solution roadmaps.
- Design solutions using Microsoft Azure, 365, and security stacks.
- Ensure security and compliance aligned to Essential Eight and ISM.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with sales teams on discovery, demonstrations, and tenders.
- Lead architectural handovers into project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of architecture standards and tooling.
