🔍 Managed Services
- Intermediate experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally in a Managed Services environment.
- Ability to build and manage Microsoft Server environments, including Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Exchange Server and Remote Desktop deployments.
- Advanced understanding of Active Directory.
- Proven knowledge of the 365 Suite, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- A solid understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificates.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining backup solutions such as Veeam is preferable.
- Experience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with VOIP solutions (Teams / 3CX).
- Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers and shared storage devices.
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Administrative experience in Linux is a bonus.
- Level 2-3 build, manage and troubleshoot client applications and infrastructure: Virtual Machines, Virtualisation Platforms and Shared Storage.
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initial planning through execution and completion.
- Ensure all solutions meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Perform regular maintenance and optimisation of client IT systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Develop cutting-edge technical strategies and build automation for the work where possible.
- Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date.
