Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and support of Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules
- 7+ years of experience with HR systems and tools
- Project management and system lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of Workday architecture including business objects and integrations
- Experience leading HRIS projects from concept to deployment
- Familiarity with global HR processes and data governance standards
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks including GDPR and SOX
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working across time zones and with remote leadership
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and additional applications in the Benefits, Time tracking, and absence areas
- Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements and new functionality rollouts
- Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes and integrations
- Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to define system roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions
- Analyze and document business requirements and process flows
- Ensure data integrity through robust audit processes and performance monitoring
- Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, execution, and defect tracking
- Mentor junior analysts and HR teams on Workday capabilities and best practices
