Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and support of Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules
  • 7+ years of experience with HR systems and tools
  • Project management and system lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Deep understanding of Workday architecture including business objects and integrations
  • Experience leading HRIS projects from concept to deployment
  • Familiarity with global HR processes and data governance standards
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks including GDPR and SOX
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working across time zones and with remote leadership

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and additional applications in the Benefits, Time tracking, and absence areas
  • Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements and new functionality rollouts
  • Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes and integrations
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to define system roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions
  • Analyze and document business requirements and process flows
  • Ensure data integrity through robust audit processes and performance monitoring
  • Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Mentor junior analysts and HR teams on Workday capabilities and best practices
