Requirements

- Minimum 3 years as a hands-on Workday administrator or lead.
- Deep expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advance Compensation, Time, and integrations.
- Experience driving Workday business process mapping and system design.
- Proficiency in configuring Workday modules and maintaining security roles.
- Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs).
- Workday certification.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of HRIS security and compliance considerations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Cribl’s Workday system, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration and integrations.
- Lead the ongoing configuration, maintenance, upgrades and health monitoring of Workday components.
- Lead, document and support business process discovery sessions to establish the Workday roadmap.
- Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Finance to translate needs into Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
- Maintain data integrity via audits, security role management, and compliance support.
- Triage and resolve system access, business process, and integration defects.
- Develop technical documentation for configurations and processes.
- Coordinate Workday updates, enhancements, and new feature adoption.
- Train end-users and develop self-service documentation.
