Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in health IT.
- 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and pricing.
- Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to leverage data analytics for decision-making.
- In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management principles.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
- Familiarity with API integration and web application frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex product features and initiatives.
- Support development and management of external facing products and API marketplace.
- Collaborate on GTM strategy for partnership opportunities.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for product performance.
- Formulate and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Conduct regular product roadmap reviews, demos, and advisory workshops.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on market needs and packaging/pricing.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.
- Drive innovation by identifying and assessing emerging technologies like AI.
- Work with engineering to balance new features with technical debt.
