Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry (asset management, performance engineering, O&M)
- Hands-on operational experience with SCADA systems, electrical drawings, data historians, or APM platforms
- Deep familiarity with renewable energy performance concepts (power curve analysis, performance ratio, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data structures
- Technical aptitude for SaaS configuration, APIs, and data mapping
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational requirements into software configuration
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent implementations
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS customers
- Serve as the domain authority on how technically sophisticated customers intend to use the platform
- Lead technical discovery workshops and translate operational requirements into platform configuration
- Review and validate implementation deliverables for technical accuracy
- Drive UAT and production readiness
- Mentor others on the team to build renewable energy domain fluency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology and validation standards
- Surface renewable industry requirements and field observations back to Product and Engineering
