Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent experience.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, IT consulting, sales engineering or software engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning or Data Visualization.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills for managing multiple projects.
- Industry knowledge of Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Solution Selling, Demo2Win, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Subject matter expertise in Surveillance/Supervision, eDiscovery, Archiving, or unstructured data platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales with discovery process to identify quantifiable problems our solutions can solve.
- Demonstrate/Workshop/Solution how our products/platform can help our prospects/customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Provide deep technical expertise in the sales process, identifying and influencing requirements early.
- Conduct technical presentations with a deep understanding of products and 3rd party integrations.
- Capture technical requirements, own the architecture blueprint, and re-validate with the prospect.
- Provide technical leadership during complex, enterprise-level Proofs of Concept engagements.
- Take the lead on the technical responses associated with an RFI/RFP/RFQ.
- Prepare internal solution design proposals for complex deployments and work on knowledge transfer and integration design.
- Maintain industry knowledge and update systems of record like Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Contribute best practices and collateral to the broader sales team.
