Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing both paid digital advertising and organic social media initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, marketing funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing and executing email, SMS, lifecycle, or retention marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with influencer, creator, or partnership marketing programs is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience within direct-to-consumer, consumer goods, lifestyle, or fast-growing brand environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to balance creative thinking and commercial objectives.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, campaign optimization, workflow automation, or performance analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environments, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support, manage, and progressively take ownership of paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and emerging advertising channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies designed to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Lead organic social media planning and execution, creating engaging content and building a consistent digital brand presence across key platforms.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, managing activities from briefing and content development through performance evaluation.
  • Build, launch, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, retention initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels, translating data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Design and execute structured testing initiatives across creative assets, messaging, audiences, and channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to enhance content creation, campaign management, reporting, audience research, and workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to performance reporting and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and broader business objectives.
