Requirements
- Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Tennessee (TN).
- Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with diagnostic assessments.
- Skill in combining conceptual insights with treatment plans.
- Experience treating a diverse cohort of students.
- Ability to identify and manage escalating risk scenarios.
- Equipped with a laptop/desktop with video camera and stable internet connection.
- Availability for minimum 8 hours per week, including at least 4 evening hours (after 5 PM local time).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as MI, CBT, ACT, and DBT.
- Utilize collaboration portal to connect with students.
- Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain timely and precise clinical records.
- Partner with administrative support to enhance student care.
- Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
- Become an expert in the care model to support college students.
